Another low cal day...I feel like I'm missing something out! I'm so full.
B: Cornflakes with honey and soy milk. Tinned peaches.
L: Pasta with mayo, garlic salt and herbs.
S: Glass soy milk.
D: Mushroom risotto and some bread.
Total cals for the day so far 1512! Admittedly I did sleep in (having been up from 4-7am with Archie ) so my lifestyle would be lower than usual I guess, but wow! And I did sweep all the downstairs floors so that's some "exercise". Protein, veggies and water consumption were all a bit low tho...maybe I'll have some more fruit before bed...or chocolate?

Well, I was pretty naughty yesterday, but I am not back to calculating calories on fitday yet so I don't know just how naughty I was I blame it all on the Belgian chocolates. BTW - I took them to work with me today since they were obviously too much for me to resist at home. Even though I came in late this AM (had a dentist appt ) they are already gone at 10:15!!
breakfast - strawberry-banana smoothie w/soy milk and fiber and a bit of honey snack - UFO beverage and the rest of breakfast - banana muffin (homemade) lunch - PB&J on WW, 2 Belgian chocolates snack - baby carrots dinner - 1/2 chicken breast, green beans, UFO meat, chips&salsa dessert - 3 dried apricots, 3 more Belgian chocolates
Excercise - 20 min on elliptical, 10 min walking. Walked dog for 10 more minutes.
Water???
