Off to the gym.....will report in later for Thur-Sat.... or maybe just Fri -Sat? LOL I'm lost... also weigh in results.......HAVE A GREAT DAY!!

Today's gone okay...1855 cals total - might have a UFO and a drink later, but my budget for today is 2028 (inc. -500 for weight loss). I've also had 64g of protein...not sure if this is good or not. Low on fruit and veg tho...and I think I need more water.
Weigh-in day tomorrow!

Saturday was a write off but I knew it would be. We had my brother's confirmation, I got no breakfast, ate turkey with potato salad (safely made by me) coleslaw and other salads, had UFO ALERT tortilla chips with sourcream dip, cheesecake, Auntie Maura's fantastic banoffi pie, and some coffee cake, and fizzy soda. I did a rough jot on my calories and figured its about 3200
Really was a one off though, a family party with all the favourite unsafe desserts. I grazed all day and when I got back to my place the boys ordered chinese and i just got a portion of boiled rice, my body had been assaulted enough!

OK... here is my reporting in...... My BMR = 2083 + I burned 692 calories (19 minutes on Elliptical, 45 minutes Getting my @$$ Kicked by PT.... LOTS of Walking Lunges With 5# Weights In Each Hand And doing curls too!!, a BUNCH of Chest, Shoulders, & Back Work, Then 3 sets of 20 Squats on a Big Ball against the wall while curling weights those were altered with 3 sets of 20 kickbacks (triceps), Then after workout with PT I did 30 minutes on Treadmill and RAN 2 of those minutes for the 1st time ever!! ) - 730 less calories to get to my goal = 2045 calorie food budget.
Breakfast (starting at 6am instead of 8:30-9am) : 125 calories 9 Egg Whites Scrambled (= 3 eggs), 1/2 cup Applesauce & Water
Before Gym: 105 calories HALF Soytein Energy Drink (Chocolate w/Vanilla Silk Soy Milk) & Water
At Gym: 7 calories 2 Altoids & water
Snack: 170 calories Toasted Nutz N Cranberry Luna Bar & Water

I was at PT (Heather's) from 2-10:30pm playing Interior Designer.... we went shopping at 5-6 stores looking for curtains, throw pillows... that kind of stuff... it was fun to spend someone else's money too!! hehehe
Dinner very late... : 395 calories 3oz Mini Tuna w/Light Mayo and Pickle on 1 Sliced French Bread, 3oz Tuna w/Light Mayo (using my pretzels as a spoon ), 1 oz Pretzels & Water
Fiber Pills: 2.25 calories total
Total Water intake (goal 128oz) = 64 oz
Total of 1234.25 .....WAY BELOW my food budget
THIS WEEKS WORKOUT SCHEDULE (per my personal trainer) MONDAY: Kickboxing w/2 pound walking hand weights in my hands TUESDAY: Power Sculpt w/Heather + 30 mins cardio WEDNESDAY: Circuit Train (weight machines), 3 times, 20 reps of each + 45 mins cardio THURSDAY: 1 hour cardio + Abs FRIDAY: Circuit Train (weight machines), 3 times, 20 reps of each + 30 mins cardio SATURDAY: Off (no session 1 w/Heather - Personal Trainer this week....my Sunday plans and she will be at a Yoga Seminar) SUNDAY: Will be walking and Shane will be running the Bloomsday 7.46 Miles Run/Walk in Spokane,WA. , Shane & I will travel Sat afternoon and stay in a hotel not too far from the starting line!! There will be over 50,000 people there!!
