Today was the goal day. I weigh 132. I feel a little heavy from having my friend and I am hopeful that when I get home I will have dropped 2 more pounds (as the goal was 130). I will be home on Sunday the 24th. Cheers to all!

OK... here is my reporting in......
My BMR = 2083 + I burned 721 calories (40 minutes on Elliptical, 30 minutes "Playing With The Big Boys" - Free Weights Room....) - 730 less calories to get to my goal = 2074 calorie food budget.
The gym was having a promo day.... doing drawings etc... I put my name in when I came in and I WON!! hehehe I got a 24 Hour Fitness mug filled with 3 Snickers Energy Bars (which I gave to Shane), and a "Girls Night Out" Card & Dice game.... (be very affraid Vegas Fall Sprawl Gang!! LOL)
Breakfast (starting at 6am instead of 8:30-9am) : 264 calories cup Special K w/1 cup Vanilla Soy Milk, 1/2 Tsp Sugar, Kiwi & Water
Snack: 180 calories Choc Peppermint Luna Bar & Water
Snack: 50 calories 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce & Water
Snack: 170 calories Toasted Nutz N Cranberry Luna Bar & Water
Snack: 50 calories 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce & Water
Lunch (around 2:30pm is a normal time for me): 395 calories 3oz Mini Tuna w/Light Mayo and Pickle on 1 Sliced French Bread, 3oz Tuna w/Light Mayo (using my pretzels as a spoon ), 1 oz Pretzels & Water
Before Gym: 246 calories Soytein Energy Drink (Chocolate w/Vanilla Silk Soy Milk), 2 Teaspoons Dry Roasted Peanuts (like 16 of them...if that) & Water
At Gym: 10 calories 3 Altoids & water
Dinner (between 8-8:30pm, after the gym): 375 calories 10" Flour Tortilla Wrap w/3oz Chicken Breast Chopped Up, 1/2 cup Basmati Rice, 3 Tablespoons Picanti Salsa, Black Pepper, Mrs. Dash Mesquite Seasoning and Garlic Powder (will have something different Friday) & Water
Fiber Pills: 2.25 calories total
Total Water intake (goal 128oz) = 96 oz
Total of 1742.25 .....still in my food budget
Friday is MY weigh in day.... I will also have a weigh in day on Saturday with trainer.... the gym scale shows me as 7 pounds more then mine...but she DID warn me that is was about 10 pounds high before I even got on it.
