Okay next week I am going to start with fitday again!
Today so far...
Breakfast: cereal with soy milk, banana and raisins. My sugar free cereal is WAY too high in IF so I've had to change .
Snacks: ADB Gotta stop eating them. Gillian McKeith Energy Bar...only realised today that these (1) are £1.50 each and (2) contain aloe vera so I won't be getting THAT again.
Lunch: veggie soup (yay! IF and vitamins) and bread.
Water so far...1.25 litres. Need to have more! Activity...I've had a really productive morning - I love it when I don't need a lie-in ...hoovering, washing, shopping, etc. Am now going to try and load my teeny car with bags of rubble to take to the dump. That'll be my weight lifting for the month!

I ate a candy lollipop that was lying around and now I feel AWFUL! Sugar does NOT agree with my fibro. Urgh. And the calories! At least I saw sense before I finished it off and threw it in the garbage. Yuck!
Maybe I'll feel better if I get outside now it's stopped raining.

Hi!
Well this has been an interesting day. I had to go visit Miss Dracula for my monthly bloodletting. Keep your fingers crossed that my WBC/RBC remains stable (a prayer won't hurt either!) Later, I helped my hubby set up an eBay Store. We will be offering items for sale to help raise money to support the website and to purchase more satallite imagry. Pretty quiet day...except for running back and forth to get his input on things.
B - 6:30 - Woke up before the (furry) alarm clock! SFS (5) UFO bev (29) 1 slice French Toast Swirl Bread (UFO?) (140) Pat of lite margarine
S - 10:00 UFO (210)
L - SFS (5) Complete Life RX (20) Two slices Toasting Bread (189) 2 oz Mesquite Turkey Breast (62) 1/2 cup Red Potato Salad (280) (I did not read the calories until after I had eaten it!!!!! I will let Tom finish that one too.....) Grapefruit (82) S - 4:00 Vanilla Nut Goodie Bar (150)
D - 6:30 SFS (5) Salmon Oil Capsules (20) Greek UFO (no feta tonight!) (128) Lean Cuisine Lemongrass Chicken (240)
Total food = 1615 BMR + Activity = 1791 + 200 = 1991 - 400 = 1591 = Over by 24 calories. Does the blood letting cancel this out?
See ya tomorrow, Take care, Karen
