Activities: 1 hour painting, 40 minutes in gym on bike, rower and treadmill- total burned: 428
BMR 2308 + activities 428 - food 2034 = 702
202 within budget despite chocolate splurge, but due to gym work. Phew! see, that gym is good for so many things!! LOL
