I've been drinking about 3 liters (about 100 fl oz) of water a day and i'm STILL thirsty! Is this something I should be concerned about?
Hubby thinks I need more juice. But if I drink juice my blood sugar drops and I'm in BIG trouble!
I have cold sores I can't get rid of. Could there be a connection *had em' for 2 weeks now...)
Eating a banana as I type to get some electrolytes. I hope it helps!
Thanks for any support/ideas!
Love, Ruchie

hmm, I don't have a scientific answer for you Ruchie, but I know what you mean. I'm not sure if juice would help, personally drinking juice make me thirstier! My mother always talks about my blood sugar if I complain about being thirsty but I don't understand the actual link.

diabetics get dry mouthed when not properly treated... and juice makes things worse not better....
but there are other causes too.. and they may be able to help.. if not, just drink even more.. I drink a tonand still feel thirsty at times myself.

You cycle a lot, right? I often drink huge amounts of water, but I must sweat it out exercising. Honestly, I often drink 4+ litres a day.
