I'm still vegging out. Call it moody eating or the "Velveteen Rabbit" relived.

UFO black coffee & sugarless gum

curried kidney bean puree & greens (both pureed)
fresh lemons & lime juice

homemade food processor lentil soup (lentils, celery, spinach, arugula, scallions)

saute/warm salad of portabellini mushrooms, yellow tomato, & leaf lettuce with white white vinegar/lemon juice & rind

baby carrots

(I just did the fitday notes on this and I cannot believe I consumed over 50g of assorted fibers. Weird. It's been awhile! I am also amazed with how gentle lentils are!)

Kate.

Breakfast: 2 weetabix, soy milk
Lunch: potato and salad, fruit salad which I snacked in throughout the afternoon
Dinner: prawns & noodles readymeal from M&S only 320 cals and soo delicious
Dessert (!): soy yogurt
Hungry later so snack: chili & coriander prawns on crackers

Exercise: took the stairs at work (7th floor), went for a walk for 35 mins (not fast though), housework

Verdict: Very happy with today, feel like I was eating lots but it was good food and wasn't too calorific. Cals between 1400-1500.

after making my way home through very wintery winds, i decided it was too cold for the gym... and then come 8:00, i was hit with this surge of inspiration. 25 minutes elliptical (at a lighter level than usual bc of the crazy soreness ), weights for arms, and plenty of stretching.

Ate too much greasy food all day Sunday. Had a morning attack on Monday - right after my Luna Bar! But it was a quick and practically painless attack.

During the morning I ate a Luna Bar, Crispix, toast.

Missed lunch due to errands I was running, but I had a Luna Bar I brought along.

Peach puree

For dinner I had baked chicken breasts, mashed potatoes, and steamed & chopped carrots and broccoli

Cocoa Puffs
