Really gross, but can this be?????

I just saw a little miniture fly in my BM (very small, like a miniture misquito!!!). The only reason I noticed is because I've been analyzing my BMs since the doctor always asks questions about how they look. I've noticed little black things lately, but this time one moved, then it started flying around the toilet! Am I crazy? I thought people just got worms in their guts!!!! Sorry to gross everyone out, but I am just wondering if anyone else has ever heard of this.
