I have purchased Heather's book
"Eating for IBS". What is the difference in the two books?

I have both and feel they are both invaluable.

Eating for IBS contains all the recipes plus a general outline for managing it whereas The First Year really goes into detail about all the ways you can help to manage it plus lots of other tips like eating at retaurants etc.
