August starts 5 mos without a major cramp attack. Just a very few times I had some minor baby cramps start but stopped within a 1/2 hr. None of my usual 3-6 hr cringing in pain with my entire colon clamped down with diahhrea & vomiting since March. When I get the baby cramps I picture my colon trying to cramp but not being able to because of all the fiber I have in there and think of Heather's comment about that in her book. Now with everything going so good IBS wise I wish I could figure out why my anxiety level went way up to the point I had to be put on Zoloft? Just a puzzle to me. I even wondered if it could be the benefiber since anxiety started after I started taking this. Stopped Bene for a week but no changes so went back on. I get to call the regular doc this AM and ask for an alternative med...
