I am so excited it has now been three weeks and counting since I have had my last attack. This is the longest I have gone without having one. Though on Saturday night I almost did but I caught it before it happened (love that fennel tea!!!). I am hoping that I can make it a month. On the 14th of August it will be a month. I am finally getting a handle on what I need to eat and realizing that sure that other food looks good but..... what will it do to me in the end. Also having my trainer on my side and helping me out has been a big help. I just don't know what I would do without him. I know that I would have figured this out on my own soon but having this done sooner helps out.
Now wish me luck this weekend as I head to my family reunion up in the mountians here in Arizona. We always have such good food and I need to make sure that I watch what I eat.
Take care everyone and have a great day!!!
