with the Zoloft? Don't freak out if you have D the first several days. That's your body adjusting to it. Keep it up and the side effects will pass.

Gotta be patient. I hope it helps you~

I had D only the second day and nausea for a while but hang in there, it will go away. Best of luck to you.

I always knew mine was tilted, but I didn't know it can cause more problems with IBS.

I took it last night for the first time, and oh man I had D this morning. No pain really - just D. I also have dry mouth, and I've been nausous tonight a little. I'm scared to take another dose tonight. I'm going to keep believing all of you that these symptoms go away! I hope they don't last too much longer. Although - they will probably start over again when I up the dose next week - won't they??

I hope this Zoloft helps overall!
Thanks for asking about me I really appreciate it!

To be totally honest I was nauseus for two weeks but that doesn't mean you will be. I also had decreased appetite but that is probably from the nausea. The dry mouth is something that you get used to and maybe isn't as bad later. The D only happened the one time and didn't happen to me when I upped the dose.

No, no, no, Cara, don't give up yet! Your body has to adjust ot it. I remember being alarmed by the D and calling the doctor and him telling me to give it a few days---and it did go away.
Anytime you take a medicine, your body has to get used to it being in your system.
And no, I don't think you will have to go through this again when you up the dose. At least, in my case, I didn't. It was just at the very beginning.
Hang in there! I want a report from you every day.

I won't give up...I'm just hoping it goes away soon. I actually feel better this morning than I did yesterday morning, so that's good. I can handle everything but the nausea - that really gets to me. I have ginger ready!

I wish it didn't take so long for these meds to really work. I really hope this helps with my anxiety.

Thanks for your replies!
