It`s been a while since I last posted anything. I just have to say I`ve had a great change in my life & I thank everyone here & Heather of course. Between tha acaia,trial and error w/IBS foods . My quality of life is at an all time high. I couldn`t say that for a long time. Still have a D attack now an again. But I`m usually able to look back on my day & figure out where I went wrong. Then apply what I`ve learned. This all thanks to the support & questions I and everyone posts. Now on to my continued happiness. Dinner time w/no fear, lol. A nice chicken cutlet, white rice, French bread w/(I can`t believe it`s not butter). After dinner desert of angel food cake w/very small section iced w/choclate icing for a little taste, finished off w/small glass of chocolate soy milk. A cup of regular tea for my wife & fennel tea for me. Then sit back & watch some tv. I`m rambling but I`m so happy . Life feels normal again. Thanks so much EVERYONE !

That is totally terrific news, Bigblue!! I'm so happy for you. You described one of my favorite meals there too. Life is good!
PS I'm in your home state at the moment, on vacation in Cape May. Weather's been great!
