Digestive Enzymes and Peppermint Pill

I just started talking Peppermint pills a week ago. I have been taking them 30 minutes before. Now, I started taking Digestive Enzymes. When should I take the Digestive Enzyme? Should I wait 20 minutes? Or can I take them together? The Digestive Eznyme has peppermint listed in the ingredients, will this be too much peppermint?

Hello Sweetd,
Although I don't take digestive enzymes, I would suggest looking on the bottle and seeing what the recommended dosage is.
There are a lot of people on the board that take these. Perhaps they can help you more than I can.

I take digestive enzymes and the peppermint tabs too.
The peppermint I take when I get up, around midday, and early evening.
The enzymes I take with my meals.
They have not "bothered" each other yet.
I say, take them each as directed and if there is a problem,take them at different times.
P.S. Sometimes I forget my midday peppermint.
