Well I didn't ask to return the flax oil. I just don't think it is right to ask since I used some of it. Anyway I also was recommended digestive enzymes from the chiro/homeopathy. I have been deciding on them for awhile and I still don't know which to take or what. Any recommendations? (I can't seem to get to a GNC)

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

regarding digestive enzymes. I think awhile back there was a couple of posts and one might have included Bevrs? I think or was it probiotics? My local Rite-Aid sells the GNC line. Good luck!
