What can I take for it? The only thing I can think of is pepto-bismal...but I am a real "C" person and I know that it can aggravate constipation. HELP!!!?? I've always sworn by liquid Mylanta for a quick fix. Tums chewables are also good to keep on hand - when I was working, I always kept them in my desk. I also take Pepcid now and then as a preventative, if I'm already feeling "iffy" and I know I have to eat something.
