commercial on IBS

Has anyone seen the commercial for IBS put out by the American College of Gastroenterologists? Its an educational piece for people suffering X,Y,and Z symptoms (and we all know what they are!) to know that they may have IBS and to consult with their physician and learn what they can do to help themselves. I was so happy to see this recognition and support from the ACG - and happy for people with IBS who don't know what it is AND for those without it to hear that its a real disorder! It was on a regular network a couple of nights ago. Maybe we're making headway...

Andie - I think I saw the same commercial! I saw it a few weeks ago, if it's the same one. My boyfriend and I were talking and I wasn't really paying attention to the TV, but I caught the end, and I realized what it was for, but didn't get any details. I've been hoping to catch it again, but I hardly ever watch TV. The funny thing was, it didn't really register at first that it was a commercial on TV about IBS, because talking about IBS around here is so common, that when I saw it, it didn't really stand out. I guess I had a delayed reaction.  My boyfriend said something to the effect of how it's starting to become publicized and more common to be seen, and I told him I hope so! It needs to be!

I saw one the other day on either Oxygen or Lifetime channel and I couldn't believe it! I thought it was really cool.
