Major attack last night

About an hour after I ate dinner last night I felt as if I had mexican-jumping-bowling-balls partying in my stomach and I'm not feeling too much better this morning.

I had plain white rice, fish (tilapia) sprinkled with lemon pepper and then Edamame (japanese soy beans). Do you think it was the beans?

I am generally not a whiner...it doesn't seem to do much good but boy am I tempted to whine today!

HUH!!! Funny you say that Rachel. I had Tilapia last night too, and I woke up at 3:30 this morning with severe pains in my abdomen, and now my tummy is really upset.

I think it was the soy beans...goodness I was in so much pain and even this morning I am cramping. Thank God my office is in my home, I don't think that I would be working today if I had to go into an office.

I'm sorry, RachelK, that you're feeling so awful. I hope you feel better really soon. (And you, too, BeckyT.) RachelK, if you don't eat beans often, it could be the beans. They're hard to digest, especially if you don't have them often.

Thanks Raindew01. I think my culprit was the walnuts I used in my fish coating! Sorry to take your thread RachelK! (By the way...my name is Rachel too )

Since they were cooked, I thought I'd be OK. I love edamame...part of my asian heritage. Oh well...I still have my rice!

Wow, that's really interesting. The reason I used Becky is because it's kind of a nick name. I used to work with someone who could never remember my name, so she called me Becky. It stuck!

Sorry you are feeling bad. I think it might have been the beans, too. I can't tolerate beans. UGH!
