I just read the Zelnrom warning...

I was on Zelnorm for twelve weeks and at the end of the twelve weeks - end of January - my constipation turned to diarrhea. It has alternated now between the two. I am just wondering if this is something I should be concerned about. I seem to be semi-"normal" about 50% of the time but then I have my weeks around my period where I am C then D. I am having a lot of lower back pains but it's been so long that I cant remember if I had the pain before I took Zelnorm.

I don't know much about Zelnorm, but going from C to A sounds like progress to me. You should probably let your doctor know. And follow Heather's diet and take a SFS to get stabilized.

My husband says I shouldn't worry because I have been off of it since January and nothing "big" has happened. You know how it is - the symptoms all sound the same and it makes you think and wonder
