Help!
It's the middle of the afternoon of a long day at the office and I'm starving. What safe foods can I eat? (There's a little market downstairs.)
I'm trying to stay away from sugary foods and baked goods because I tend to be yeasty.
Any suggestions welcome!

Thanks!
CJ

This probably won't help much, but maybe they'll have pretzels? Those tend to be safe for IBS--but it is a starchy food. Help--anyone have any good suggestions here? (Calling Angela...)

Heather's Pizza Party Snack Mix, low fat rice krispy squares, PeekFreans "Nice" cookies, Arrowroot Cookies, any type of "safe" cracker that you like - ooh, with a little bit of peanut butter ... Which all go very nicely with a little herbal tea!

I made Heather's zucchini bread and baked it in little tiny muffin pans. This makes a great little tidbit to have with a cup of tea.

All great suggestions so far. Sometimes I don't want the hard crunch and can't do even the sugar in muffins so I like the large soft pretzels that go from freezer to microwave to mouth in 30 seconds! Also, a really good bread plain or toasted with a bit of low fat peanut butter with a cup of tea is good.

Thanks for the great suggestions everyone. I went with the sourdough pretzels for now.
I'm going to have to pack some healthy snacks at home in the mornings so that I don't get to the 'ohmygodi'mstarving' mode in the afternoon.

(Hope everyone is safe from tornadoes!)
