Hi,
Don't be embarrassed! You are as welcome here as anybody.  We all suffer from IBS if we are women or men.... and yes, there are a few men on the boards, too. Anyway, we can surely pray for each other...no matter what.

Thanks Barbie ....the site is wonderful & helped so much. It`s changed my life for the better. If I had to guess most men are to stubborn to deal with all this and their IBS. I know I was , suffered terribly for 3 years. But the results erased all foolishness. Thanks & god bless!
