Are any babyfoods in the jars safe to eat? I continually carry around my honey combs and rice cakes to eat but I need to mix it up a little bit and add more. I hate cleaning tupperware, etc. so I thought babyfoods may be the most convenient. Any suggestions? Right now I pretty much just eat oatmeal, rice, chicken, baked lays, honey combs and rice cakes. I need to add more to my diet, but I am so shocked at how great I feel from only eating the things listed above that I am hesitant to change. It has been a total turnaround from how miserable I have been the last 5 years of my life!! Thanks...

I have used gerber in the past. I think their "nature lock" stuff is just the food, no additives. Here's the link to the gerber baby foods. I'm actually going to try this maybe for adding in nutritious food/insolubles (some veggies) gradually and safely until I graduate to eating the veggies and stuff not all groud up. (although i eat squash, zucchini and asparagus when they are cooked and I have some rice or bread.) Good luck!
