Gretchen, girl, I have done the same thing. I went with my dil today with the (3)grandsons. All needed clothes, the 2 oldest had to try things on because of growth spurts. All of us in the dressing room, baby needed a diaper change ----
{won't even go there}.... by the time we finished, I was close to being an idiot. 
We ended up eating pizza, I took equalactin first, then crammed every thing on my plate, and what the boys didn't eat into my mouth! I am telling you, I now feel exactly like you do {following several days of food abuse...}. Why do I forget about taking the pepto?
I understand the stress, oh my, I cannot imagine building a new house, that would make me a double idiot!! I know you have been having a hard time lately, I am going back on my safe diet as we speak. Good luck to you honey, I love talking to you, get better soon!! OH, love those heat packs when I am drinking my ginger tea!!
