Maybe knowing your boyfriends birthday was coming up and worrying about how your health would be was just enough to throw you off (especially if you weren't stable to begin with). I hope you feel better soon and just remember that the great thing about your birthdays, and your boyfriends birthdays, is that they can be celebrated anytime. Sometimes its even more fun & romantic, like an unexpected treat, if it's not on the actual day. I was having cycles were I would be C for 3-4 days and then D for 2-3 days. Then it would start all over again. I saw a GI and he put me on a prescription for Robinul Forte which helps stomach spasms and D. Then he put me on Benefiber to help regulate. This combination really seems to be working. It has broken the cycle almost completely. The first two weeks I was having a normal BM every day. The last week I had a couple of days that I was C, so I am slowing increasing the Benefiber which seems to be helping.
