I started this diet a few days ago and started the citrucel powder at the same time, but I haven't really had to go much since then. I used to go 3 or more times a day, but now it's just not happening. Do I need more insoluble fiber? So far I have found that the only things that really bother my stomach are greasy foods, high-fat foods, dairy, lettuce, corn, things like that.

Maybe, but remember that it's considered "normal" to go as infrequently as once every three days. If you feel okay, then I'd say not to worry. It is a good idea, however, to get as much insoluble fiber as your body will tolerate (for general health).

Those who can do; those who want it done better teach.

Thanks, I guess I just get so used to going all the time that one day seems like maybe there's a problem
