Does anyone here take it that is IBS-C? I was thinking of checking it out sometime but thought I would get your experiences first. Thanks!

i asked this awhile ago but couldnt find too many C'ers with good things to say about it. The D'ers love it though.
I'm wondering if the C'ers are afraid to take it, as it helps so much with D, that it is believed it couldnt possibly help for C (just like the misperceptions of SFS's and D'ers), or maybe people did try it and didn't like it.

Hmm, I would love to know too!

I take Equilactin on occasion when I'm not around my acacia and Citrucel. As all the D'ers attest, it really does settle down your stomach quickly!

So long as you're drinking lots of water/tea, getting some insoluble fiber at every meal, and exercising, no soluble fiber should make your C worse!
