Hi, I just read what you posted, I don't quite get what it is this is? Is it a tea or a drink?? Also, is this a US based product? As I live in Holland, I am limited to things But I am willing to do anything about the bloating (and losing a couple of kilos wouldn't hurt either !
Cheers Banks

It seems safe but will not help bloating that much. Bloating for us is not water weight. Trad Medicinals makes Eater's Digest which is a great help. I keep it in my work locker. It is a decent alternative to carrying around fennel and peppermint tea bags.
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
