Soy Nuts??????

Are Soy Nuts IBS Safe? I am currently trying to lose weight and am trying to eat 5 small meals a day to keep my metabolism going. I work out a lot and feel 100% better! I keep to Heathers' Diet, but I was curious about Soy nuts. I think they would be a great snack for the middle of the day and great protein!~ Let me know if anyone has had a problem with them

Thanks
Dina

No problem here on the soy nuts! I love eating them for a snack. They do remind me of regular peanuts. I usually grab a handful only at 1 time. Enjoy! Sue

I also have a few from time to time, but I wouldn't eat too many at once if I were you. I have noticed some discomfort after having too many. They're still a nut and are fairly high in fat.

I went to Lori's just now and bought Soy Bites. no nuts, they are almost like little breadsticks. High In protein (6grams), perfect!
