I've sang praises of this stuff before, but I gotta sing some more. (Oooh, I'm a poet, and my feet don't show it...)

You GOTTA check this out: web page for THE BEST Non-Coffee Coffee

I tried the Dark Roast (yum, but very strong), ran out of it, so we ordered Original Roast. OMG! Folks, this stuff tastes like REAL COFFEE! I ain't kiddin'! I'm so excited about it that I just ordered French Vanilla, Chai, Mocha, and House Blend. (They also have Hazelnut and Almond Amaretto, but I've never cared for flavored coffee.)

Ya GOTTA try this stuff, you really won't believe it. Did I tell you that it AIDS DIGESTION? It also lowers blood cholesterol levels, PROMOTES GASTROINTESTINAL HEALTH, prevents bone loss and slows the advancement of osteoporosis, promotes healthy menopause (Yaay!), fights heart disease, promotes healthy prostrate, and prevents cancer, particularly COLON, rectal, and breast cancer!

What more could you ask?

Okay, commercial over.

Bev

P.S.: I just love brewing my morning Soyfee and taking a cuppa out to the patio and watch the morning sunset with my beloved java...... won't you join me?

Sure, I'll join ya, Bev... as long as I can bring my Teecino instead! For me I don't think you could beat that stuff. I have to admit I like it even more than the Rocamojo! I had their almond amaretto flavor this morning... oh baby.

Hey Bev -- I just tried the site you linked to and it seems to be down. Do you have an alternative site?

So I've read all the praises for Soycoffee and really want to try it. I do miss my coffee - after all!

Has anyone had any luck getting this shipped to Canada. THe order form doesn't allow you to type in the name of the province - it just lets you type in the name of a state. I've emailed Soycoffee to ask them about this but I thought I'd also check with all of you wonderful coffee lovers!

Thanks!!!

Marina is the President of SoyFee. Ironically, she's in Vancouver -- as we speak. She LOVES it there. She's gonna be there all week.

She'll respond to your e-mail from Vancouver; she's very prompt. I got an e-mail from her last night; she said she's had a "phenomenal" response from my praises on the Board, and has had to tell her roaster to hold off on his vacation so she can fill all the orders! Can you believe it?

Actually, I can believe it. The Original Roast tastes EXACTLY like the best cup of coffee you've ever had. I'm not exaggerating. If you put a cup of ihop coffee next to a cup of Original Roast SoyFee, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference!

By the way, Marina travels to Vancouver a lot. She can bring your order up there and ship it to you from there. She did that with my last order; she flew all the way out from New York to Seattle and shipped my order from Seattle.

If you don't hear from her soon, it's just because she's SWAMPED with orders. But hang in there; she'll get back with you.

Thanks Bev! Your reply came in at the same time as her reply came through my email - Soycoffee is not available in Canada right now I'll have to wait it out! And I'll have to make sure I don't stray to my decaf that I haven't touched since I started this diet!

Don't go NEAR that decaf coffee! Yowza! Re-read my post (I edited it), then e-mail her again. Where are you in Canada? Are you close to the border? Tell Marina where you are, and she can give you the name of the closest supplier in the U.S. You'll have to drive across the border to the supplier, but it's WORTH IT!

You gotta find a way to get this stuff, because you'll be blown away by it.

I'm up to the challenge.

Any of you doubters out there: do yourself a favor and splurge on one package of Original Roast. $9.95. (Not a big splurge.) Just buy one package. You will be BLOWN AWAY! You'll swear you're drinking the best cup of Starbucks you've ever had.

Go ahead -- treat yourself BIG time!

As you were responding to me Marina emailed me and told me she could send me a sample from BC and asked for my mailing address. That was so nice of her! I told her that you rave about the stuff so that's why I wanted to try it!

I'll go have some peppermint tea now and get coffee off the brain until my package gets here in the mail

The closest US city to me is Niagara Falls, then there's Buffalo - I'm near Toronto. If I think it's as good as you think I just might have to cross the border to get it!

Hey Bev, I checked out the site and it really pushes you to buy the french press to brew the soyfee. Does it come out alright in a regular cofee maker? I guess it doesn't matter, I would have to buy one or the other, I don't own a cofee maker because I thought I would never be able to drink the stuff again!

Absolutely. It comes out GREAT in my drip coffee maker. You just fix it like regular coffee. I don't even think about it not being real coffee.

How many of you in your household will be drinking it? Why not invest in a very inexpensive drip coffee maker? You can get little ones that brew only a cup or two.

Pass on the French Press. I had one, and I gave it away. It's not what it's cracked up to be. Hubby didn't like it at all.

Sheri, go for the Original Roast first. It's THE BEST. The Dark Roast is a bit too strong (I had to add soy milk to it). The Mocha is also good, but not like a true Mocha. I don't like any flavored coffee, so I passed on all those. I did order (but haven't yet gotten) the French Vanilla, Chai, and House Blend.

My suggestion is to pick a 10-oz. bag of whichever flavorS you think you might like best -- several different bags -- and when you find your favorite, THEN you can order the 5-lb. bags. I still haven't tried the 3 that I ordered, but after I get them and try them, I'm going to order TWO 5-lb. bags just to save on the shipping charge. They're vaccuum-sealed, so they'll keep forever -- and I'll drink them, oh YEAH!

I can't wait for you to try it and let us know how much you love it!

I KNOW I have to give up my coffee .... still cheating with 1/2 cup with my breakfast. Do I have to give up the wonderful wake up smell too? Just curious! Thanks!

Marina's terrific. Yeah, I like her a lot. I'm not surprised that she's sending you an introductory package. She did that for me too (but I had to pay the shipping charge). I hope you get it soon because I'm anxious to hear your praises. You'll be amazed.

Oh yeah, you will DEFINITELY want to cross the border into New York to get this stuff. Once you find the flavor you prefer (there are quite a few to choose from), you can make a trek across the border and stock up on several 5-lb. bags. They're vaccuum-sealed, so they'll keep forever. That way you won't have to make the crossing too often.

Sorry, but peppermint tea just doesn't cut it for me.

Cheers!

IT SMELLS JUST LIKE REAL COFFEE!!!

Listen, I'm not pulling your leg. You will be blown away by it!

Okay, the Dark Roast smells the strongest. But the Original Roast is the best. I always get the coffee ready for the morning the night before -- because the first thing out of bed in the morning I want to reach for is a cuppa, and I don't wanna have to fumble around to fix the stuff. Anyway, after getting the coffee ready, I keep smelling it the rest of the night. OMG!

You'll be blown.
