I'm a "D" but lately since taking some supplements, have been a little C (m)

wondered if I should increase my insoluble fiber.

I started taking Histidine and zinc. Histindine is an amnio acid and it seems to have helped me not go so much. I don't normally have D but go a lot and the urgency is there almost all the time. The last couple of days I've actually been a little constipated. And my (TMI) poops have been harder and darker. (sorry!)

Anyway...just wondered if C folks eat more fruits and veggies along with their fiber.

I'm also finding that Equalactin a great thing. That may be helping a lot too!
Thanks!
Sandy

Yeah, you have to eat some insolubles - but ONLY safely. Cook them, eat them after solubles, etc.

How much soluble fibre supplements are you taking?

HI,

Thanks for your response.

I take about 4 fibercon in the am and then 2 before each meal and if I feel a rumbling coming on, I'll take two equalactin.

How much do you take?
Sandy
