I'm having one of "those" days...when I've been to the bathroom at least (m)

10 times today, not D but going a lot. I did have a little icecream yesterday afternoon but no reaction at all last night or even this morning. It has gotten worse as the day progressed. I absoutely HATE this....if I needed to be out somewhere, I'd be in trouble! Should I keep taking equalactin even though I'm going so much? I took some this morning but it hasn't really helped.

Thanks!
Sandy

I think I'll just have a bowl of rice for dinner!

Hi Sandy,

Your post was dated YESTERDAY? Why, oh WHY didn't I see it? Twice yesterday when I came online none of the posts were highlighted! Why does that happen to me?!

Girlfriend, it's the ice cream. I can't have ANY milk products -- NONE -- or I'd have D too -- oh yeah, BIG time. And cramps as well.

I just think it's gotta run its course. I don't think Equalactin would work for me either at this point. If you have an antispasmodic, I'd take it. Got any peppermint capsules? Hyoscyamine? Donnatal?

Do the usual -- pull out the heating pad, Ginger Aid tea (even a little Jack wouldn't hurt at this point), and go back to bed.

How are you feeling this morning? Any better? Just for the future: head on out to the nearest health food store and get yourself some Soy Dream Mocha Fudge frozen non-dairy dessert. It's better than ice cream!

Get better soon,
Bev
