Symptoms Worse with Cold?

I was just wondering if anyone experiences worse symptoms during a cold. I started getting a cold Tuesday, and I've had D every morning since Tuesday. Last night was the only time I've taken cold medicine, so I don't think it's that. I actually had to take an immodium yesterday morning & again this morning. (Thankfully I haven't had to do that in a long time!) This is the first time I've had a cold since following Heather's diet, so I can't tell from past experience. I thought maybe since I'm feeling run down?

To top it off, I'm getting ready to go to the dentist and I'm really nervous. I just took 4 mammoth antibiotics. I took a Levsinex about 12:30 just for preventive maintenance. Also, it dries me out so it's kind of acting like an antihistamine. Might as well kill two birds with one stone.

Thanks for listening and for any input. Also, wish me luck cause I'm really freaked out about the dentist!

I have noticed that when my allergies act up I am in more pain. I don't know if it has to do with the mucus secretions that drip into the stomach and irritate it. Only thing is, I am too scared to take anything for it becasue I am scared it might make it worse. I have an appt soon, hopefully I can get more answers.
