Life was good to me this weekend

I just wanted to tell you all about my weekend. Let me start with some background on me. My life is a math equation of ibs attack + car=panic attack or panic attack + car=ibs attack. Car can be substitued for plane or train. It was so bad I did not want to leave the house this winter. I have slowly been going out with the help of medication, the ibs audio tapes, this website and the support of my husband and sister. On Friday my husband and I drove to Harrisburg(1 1/2 hrs from my house) to meet some friends who where passing through our state. And I made it! I got up two hours before our departure time, ate a bagel, drank peppermint/fennel tea, took two immodium tablet, deep breathing, talked to myself alot!, and clicked on this website for encouragement. I did a wave of panic attacks but not as bad as usual! Saturday again, we went to the King of Prussia Mall(1/2 hr from me) and I made it again! This is all a miracle especially since I had an attack earlier in the week, see heat attack post. I still had a wave of panic attacks but I made it! My husband told me over and over again how proud he was of me! That made me feel great  And I learned how to add a signature to my posts!
