Don't they have dairy in them? And additives? I haven't had them for years so I can't remember, but check the label (for HFCS too).

The regular Pop Tarts are way too high in fat, which could be a problem. But even the low fat ones contain HFCS and lots of other additives, as Linz mentioned (although I checked and they are dairy-free). It all depends on what your body can tolerate!

Pop tarts killed my stomach even when I was younger, they are high in fats and chemicals, but if you handle them, more power to ya, they are yummy!
