Feel Worse with Fennel?

I recently tried the fennel capsules. Has anyone ever had the fennel make them feel worse?

i don't know anything about fennel capsules, but i know i feel much better after fennel tea...

Hi - I read your post and wanted to let you know I had one of the worst IBS attacks ever after
drinking fennel tea. Ditto for when I drank peppermint tea, so obviously it doesn't work for
everyone. However, the diet alone seems to work for me, so hang in there and stick with it!:)

Hiya,
If you have a problem with fennel, try chammomile, it may help. Make sure it's the fennel you're reacting to though, and not something else you had, did you take it on an empty stomach?
The reason I ask, is because fennel is very beneficial not just for IBS, but for endometriosis as well. It blocks absorption of estrogen, if you want more info on a diet for endo, go to www.endo-know.com.
