Hi
Does anyone drink SoBe? My roommate bought me one the "citrus energy drink" and for the most part it seems okay though it has a little bit orange juice and lemon juice.
It even has a small amount of Acacia powder in it!
Thanks

A lot of the SoBe drinks (like this one) contain milk. If you look in the ingredients, it says "natural flavors (contains milk)". There are a few SoBes that I can handle, although I forget the names of them. All depends if I've had soluble fiber and am stress-free.

Does anyone have problems with the Lipton ice tea? They sell it at Subway and i'm often tempted though I did not see anything about it being caffine free or that caffine is in it.
I wonder what type of tea it is?!

Here is the Lipton Iced Tea Sweetened
Here is the Lipton Iced Tea Unsweetened
They both have HFCS and they don't say caffeine free either.

I have found it's easier to drink plain bottled water if you aren't sure what's really in the beverage you're thinking about. Lipton tea is one I stay away from. I usually will brew my own and carry it with me in the car along with my bottled water. At least this way you'll know what's in the drink you've made. Can't stress how important it is to read the lables and think about what it might do to you. The less that's on the lable, the better you'll know what's in it.

I bought an iced tea mix which I thought was safe until I read some of the iced tea posts. I haven't tried it yet, but maybe somebody can help me with the ingredients. They are: sugar, citric acid, naturally decaffeinated instant tea, caramel color, natural lemon flavor, artificial color (Red 40). What do you think? I thought I found an easy way of making iced tea, but might have to go back brewing my own.
