Well I did it. I got through my first Colonoscopy. I have to say the worst part was drinking the god awful stuff. The doctor did find 3 small ulcers but other than that he suspects what he was originally treating me for(IBS). The biopsy won't come back for 7 days. I'm scared but thankful at the same time that these were caught early on.

it's funny, isn't it!? you hear "oh, the worst part is the prep" but you think... "nah, can't be. how bad can the prep be!?" uh.... gross! but really, the colonoscopy is like a big drunken nap.
