Is Equalactin like taking Fibercon or something similar? (m)

I do take Fibercon throughout the day and wondered if Equalactin does something different?

Yes, Equalactin is the same as Fibercon or Citrucel capsules, except that Equalactin works better for some reason. I don't know why.

I used to take both Fibercon and Citrucel (the capsules, not the powder), but they didn't do anything for me. When Heather introduced me to the Equalactin, it worked -- and has continued to work for me.

Also, the Equalactin is more portable; you don't swallow them with water, you just chew them up (and they taste pretty good!), so when you're in a stressful situation it's easy to just chomp one down.

Try 'em -- you'll like 'em!

Actually, Citrucel caps aren't the same as Fibercon and Equalactin. Citrucel uses methylcellulose, and Fibercon and Equalactin use calcium polycarbophil.
