Flavored Phopho-Soda Yuck?

I have to go for a Colonoscopy on Thursday and had to buy the Phospho-Soda Saline laxative as part of the preparation. I bought the Lemon-Ginger flavored one instead of the Unflavored. Has anyone tryed the Lemon-Ginger flavor? I know it's gonna taste horrible regardless but does the flavored taste worse then the unflavored?

I could only get the lemon-ginger flavored one when I had my colonoscopy, so I don't know about the unflavored one. The lemon-ginger one tastes like really salty ginger ale (put me off of ginger ale after that)

Hi,
I recently went through the same procedures. If you add it to some gingerale soda it is not quite as bad. I took the plain one and added it to some 7-up and it was much easier to get down. P.S. The doctor himself recommended doing this.

I mixed mine with cranberry juice (good idea) and the second time with white grape juice (not such a good idea). I still like cranberry juice but now I hate white grape.
