Morning exercise

I'm a long distance runner and like to run first thing in the morning...Do you other athlees take the acacia and food before you exercise in the early a.m. or wait to have it with breakfast...Just curious how the Acacia would work with with just a banana (my ususal pre-run food) before a morning workout?

Thanks- BTW- off the Lexapro- worst thing in the world- and taking xanax time release for the anxiety- much better solution....

I work out in the a.m. and I drink my fiber, work out, then eat breakfast. But, that's what works for me. You could be fine with just a banana before.

I personally find that I have lots of gas when I take fiber or eat a high fiber food before exercising. So when I go to the gym I really remember not to eat or take fiber before going.

I would try both ways and see what works for you. I usually have to eat somethign before workign out in the A.M. but it usually something like dry cereal, ceral bar or something like that.
