I am sure that this has been discussed before but can we eat the pancake mix that just says to add water? I am trying to figure out what else I can eat for breakfast...I always eat oatmeal in the morning, but on the weekends I want to switch it up a bit. So I was just wondering if that ready to use mix is ok?! christine

I would stay away from the ones that say just add water. And the reason for this...the mix usually has milk and eggs in it! The ones I have say that. I make those ones for my kids! I use the reduced fat bisquick. I just sub the milk and use egg whites! They turn out really yummy! You could even make waffles out of it too!
