Hi Angel - do you know the ingredients? I tried checking their site ( Apple Cinnamon Cheerios ). It doesn't list the ingredients, but does say it's naturally sweetened so they may be okay.

They bother me but it's the fructose that causes my gas problem. If you're okay with fructose these are probably okay for you.

They do not bother me, and most fructose does. I am not sure why these don't create problem, maybe there is a good amount of souable fiber in them.
