I don't eat much of it but I'd like to try it with pasta and my rice parmesan cheese!

I use Fleischmann's unsalted margarine. It's dairy-free, but it's also partially hydrogenated, so a lot of people use soy margarines because they're non-hydrogenated and overall they're better for your heart, etc. I just haven't gotten around to getting any yet. I'm sure there are others who can tel you more, but I think 2 brands people have said they enjoyed are Soy Garden and Earth Balance.

I can't believe its not butter spray. Trace amounts of dairy are fine! A few people here use it. Heather has said its ok to use! I use it on my baked potatoes, toast, muffins! Really good!

Earth Balance is the best that I have tried. No hydrogenized oils and completely dairy free. AND it tastes great!

I use Mothers brand, I think that's the name. It's dairy free, and in the kosher section, I don't know if it would be in the regular butter section in other stores. I tried using Earth Balance but my family complained it was "too hard" Taste-wise I thought it was fine though.
