I think it was you two who had trouble with mouthwash and toothpaste too. If so, I was reading on www.foodintol.com that sorbitol was a big IBS trigger, so I looked on my mouthwash and toothpaste and there it was, the dreaded sorbitol!!! I felt amazed and annoyed at the same time, I mean I know I hardly ever swallow this stuff and the idea that just a little left in our mouths would bother us is amazing and utterly ridiculous at the same time! In Maine there is a company called Tom's of Maine (I think that they distribute nationally, but I don't know about internationally Linz) that makes all natural rinses and toothpaste. It will cost more of course. I am beginning to feel like a high maintenance gal! I am going to have to lug all my special needs stuff with me where ever I go.

i found that mouthwash 2 weeks ago!! ive been looking for so long for any kind without fake sugar and i finally found it. i got the cinnamon flavor and it works really well!
