I bought some soy cheese (I don't remember the brand) the other day from the Health store. It was completely vegan, so it didn't contain any milk proteins or anything. But it was soo gross! I had to throw it away. Has anyone found any soy cheese that actually tastes like cheese? And it is okay to eat the soy cheeses that still contain the casein and whey milk proteins? Thanks!!
