Hi,
I am new here. Been trying out the diet for a couple weeks now. I bought some soy cheese (I don't remember the brand) the other day from the Health store. It was completely vegan, so it didn't contain any milk proteins or anything. But it was soo gross! I had to throw it away.
Has anyone found any soy cheese that actually tastes like cheese? And it is okay to eat the soy cheeses that still contain the casein and whey milk proteins?
Thanks!!

Thanks for the fast reply!
I have tried to Veggie Slices, they're not bad.
But I was looking for a 'block' of cheese that I can shred up.

The same people that make the Veggie slices also make Veggie Shreds and Veggie blocks as well. So if you like the slices...go for the blocks...same stuff.

I am pretty sure that "vegie slices" have milk in them.
