 I bought rice cheese slices today and love it! I bought the swiss cheese flavor. I also bought soy cream cheese...I haven't had the courage to try that yet!
Tofutti makes an icecream sandwich that is positively yummy!

what brand is your rice cheese? i haven't been able to find that out here, but i've been too lazy to drive to the big HFSs....
you have excellent taste in tofutti, so i will trust you on the rice cheese!

What brand was the Rice cheese, I'm having a hard time finding anything but soy. Let me know how the soy cream cheese is, I saw it today, but did't get it, just in case...Also, I just wanted anyone how hadn't tried Rice milk, I think it's yucky, my opinion. It tasted just like drinking liquid rice.

I just started drinking the Rice Dream Vanilla flavored rice milk and I really like it. I buy the Enriched kind b/c it has more vitamins and calcium in it. I also add a little vanilla flavored rice protein powder to it and that's good, too. I needed to get some calcium and I can't do dairy or soy. I even like it on cereal. I think the first time I tried it, I definitely hesitated b/c it is very different, but I kept trying it, and I acquired a taste for it. Maybe give it another shot. The vanilla was definitely better than the plain flavored.

I like vanilla Rice Dream, too! I agree, it tasted a little weird at first after drinking soy for so long, but now I actually prefer it. It has a lighter flavor that is great just for drinking or in smoothies!
