for crackers: i buy pretzels or the unsalted saltine crackers. i used to eat oreo cookies, but not anymore. maybe those lemon cookies would be okay, or oatmeal raisin. i think there are recipes on this website for cookies that are safe to eat. best of luck!

I eat low-fat honey graham crackers, rice crackers (I find them in the Asian section at my grocery store, plain and sesame are yummy) and fat free pretzels most of time. As for cookies, I don't buy any, I make some off of the recipe board or I make RKTs (rice krispie treats). The recipe board has lots of yummy cookie recipes.

Or fat free saltines. If I limit my cookie eating to only one or two at a time they don't give me any problems.

Don't know if they taste good (haven't tried them yet) but I just bought some Newman's Own ginger sandwich cookies at Whole Foods. I also bought some table water crackers (after reading the ingredients) and I like salted rice cakes and fat free saltines (they taste the same as regular saltines as far as I can tell).

I LOVE Uncle Eddies vegan chocolate chip cookies, I have to hide them from the rest of the family because they eat them all!! I've found them in a package of 12 at Gelson's and individually wrapped larger ones at Whole Foods. Made with organic ingredients and no dairy or eggs. I also tried low fat graham crackers but they didn't do too well.

Walmart has a brand of animal cookies that I love. I think they may be called "Circus", or something like that. I keep these in zip-locs inside my purse and vehicle. Low in sugar, great for the munchies!
