Hiya, Do you know how much fat is in the cookies? It might be the fat content that will make you want to eat it after you've had something safe. Lately, if I am trying anything new, I'll do it after a good soluble meal first, just to make sure I can handle it at all. It's only after I'm okay with that, that I'd consider eating it on an empty stomach - I am very picky about what goes into my empty stomach! --Steph

Ooo, do I recognise ADBs? Eat away girlfriend - just don't get carried away and pig out! That'd make anyone sick.

I'm with Steph. I don't ever eat anything without having a soluble fiber "base" first. Occasionally I've had cocoa in soy milk, which didn't bother me, but I'm not about to push my luck any further than that.
Just a little potato roll works well. I keep a big bag of them in my freezer, then pop one in the Mike for 30 minutes, then in my pie hole -- and I'm good to go!

Bev, what's a potato roll? Something you can just mike and eat? That sounds like my kind of thing...I'm getting kinda sick of just having a piece of bread first...could you fill me in?

Hi Kelly,
They're made in the Bakery Dept. at Safeway. You've heard of potato bread, yes? Well, these are like dinner rolls except they're potato rolls. The dinner rolls are good too, but the potato rolls have more flavor and seem to keep better, less stale, etc. They come in big bags, and we can't eat them fast enough -- they get moldy -- so now I keep them in the freezer and pop one or two in the Mike as we need them.
They're yummy, especially heated up a little with just a touch of Soy butter on them. Oooooh, baby!
