For example are there any ingredients that you should avoid at all times? (I know to avoid dairy and whole wheat flour and thats basically it) I find myself reading every label on the things I buy but I dont really know what they mean and what to look for so theres really no point! Any advice at all will help! Thank you! Also make sure the fat content is low.
