I was wondering if there was any kind of list on here that shows you what to look for when reading labels/ingredients on food that you buy? For example are there any ingredients that you should avoid at all times? (I know to avoid dairy and whole wheat flour and thats basically it) I find myself reading every label on the things I buy but I dont really know what they mean and what to look for so theres really no point! Any advice at all will help! Thank you!

Watch out for whey & casein which are both dairy.
Also make sure the fat content is low.
Good luck, Leigh

As far as the wheat goes I believe that on www.celiac.com they have a comprehensive ingredient list to look for and avoid. Print it out as it is too much to commit to memory right away.
