I , sometime ago , Years...came down with IBS and will skip everything now except to tell you in order to go anyplace, I have to take Advanced Amodium AD then a couple Rollaids to 1/2 ways make it from point A to Point B !!I've not made it a couple of times and the Memory Relives the horror. wow. I am so sorry to hear about how you suffer with your ibs. have you tried heathers diet? you didn't write if you have tried to manage it through diet....

Well, I'm a D as well, and I've taken Immodium on occasion -- as well as Lomotil -- but when I have cramps as well as D, then I have to turn to the serious meds.
Heather sells peppermint caps, a fabulous antispasmodic, and you might look into that -- see the link to your left.
You've already been asked this, but I'll just repeat it -- do you have Heather's book? If not, it's a necessity, really, you need to read and follow it to the letter -- and stick with us on the boards of course -- and I guarantee you'll get better (and maybe won't even need those meds!).
Yes, I well remember suffering from Point A to Point B --
MANY times! Those were bad days for me. But guess what -- I don't have them any more. I have Heather, these boards, and the hypnotherapy program to thank for it!
